  12.                           DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  27.      and bad ones!) The main difference is in the method of
  28.      distribution. The author specifically grants the right to copy
  29.      and distribute the software, either to all and sundry or to a
  30.      specific group. For example, some authors require written
  31.      permission before a commercial disk vendor may copy their
  32.      Shareware.

  35.      should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook,
  36.      whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes
  37.      fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.

  49.      from the use of Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus.

  51.      Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus is a shareware program and is
  52.      provided at no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to
  53.      share it with your friends, but please do not give it away altered
  54.      or as part of another system.  The essence of user - supported
  55.      software is to provide personal computer users with quality software
  56.      without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  57.      continue to develop new products.  If you find this program useful
  58.      and find that you are using Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus
  59.      and continue to use Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus after a
  60.      reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment of
  61.      $55.00 to the Conductor.  The $55.00 registration fee will license
  62.      one copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must
  63.      treat this software just like a book.  An example is that this
  64.      software may be used by any number of people and may be freely
  65.      moved from one computer location to another, so long as there is
  66.      no possibility of it being used at one location while it's being
  67.      used at another. Just as a book cannot be read by two different
  68.      persons at the same time.

  70.      Commercial users of Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus must register
  71.      and pay for their copies of Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus
  72.      within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
  73.      Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting the Conductor.

  75.      Anyone distributing Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus for any kind of
  76.      remuneration must first contact the Conductor at the address below for
  77.      authorization. This authorization will be automatically granted to
  78.      distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for
  79.      shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering
  80.      Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus immediately (However the Conductor
  81.      must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date
  82.      with the latest version of Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus.).

  84.      You are encouraged to pass a copy of Accurate Accounting Time Sheet Plus
  85.      along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register
  86.      their copy if they find that they can use it.  All registered users will
  87.      receive a copy of the latest version of the Accurate Accounting Time
  88.      Sheet Plus system.
